Took my car in for 6 month svc + Starlink update. Appt was supposed to be 1 hr. They told me on arrival to plan for 3 hrs. They had it for 5 hrs. No call back with status update during the day. I work 8 m was supposed to be 1 hr. They told me on arrival to plan for 3 hrs. They had it for 5 hrs. No call back with status update during the day. I work 8 miles away which is outside their shuttle svc zone so they expected me to wait at the dealership. Careless customer svc. More
