They stand behind their work. I've been having this dealer service my Subaru for 5 years. The last time they made an error leading to the car being disabled and requiring a tow back to the dealer. They apologizes, fixed the problem promptly, and paid for the tow truck. IMO it's how a company reacts when something goes wrong that's the real test anf Bay Ridge Subaru passed with flying colors!
