This was my 4th lease with this Dealership. Every time I go back I get the same level of service and professionalism. Besides a few short calls before my arrival to close the deal on a new lease, I spent l go back I get the same level of service and professionalism. There was no drama, shady dealings, confusing or hidden fees or hard sales pitches. The staff at Bay Ridge keeps me coming back. Ironically, ( and this is 100% true) my neighbor across the hall went to a big lot car dealer the same morning, spent both Saturday and Sunday at the dealer getting the runaround with no car to show for it. He said it was a nightmare. They have his money and he still does not have a car two days later. Night & day experiences. More
