This time I finally got my report for the last repair about half year ago and understand what happened to my car after leaving there for a month to two. But the repair for the break pad was way too expansive. Is dealer selling more expansive than the parts selling online? I don't know. But this is the last year under the extended warranty. I appreciate Bay Ridge Subaru had took care of my car in the past 5+ years. I am not sure if it was Gerald but someone looks like picture did come up and greeted me and offered to answer any questions politely and welcomingly. More

Excellent, competent knowledge. However, I was not informed beforehand that at the end of the repair (windshield replacement), I should not move the car for 24 hours and never if it was raining. And lastly, I was promised that a copy of the paid invoice would be promptly sent to my insurance company, but as of 24 hours later, it has not been sent. C'mon, guys. You should do better than that.
