All went well, except I waited over 1.5 hours when I was told 45 mins, and it was only an oil change. I was late to work. The work I'm sure was done well and everyone was kind. Second Time within a few weeks with Kayla as service representative and she didn’t update me unless I keep pushing and asking what is going on with the car. This last visit I spent 2 hours there on a 10 representative and she didn’t update me unless I keep pushing and asking what is going on with the car. This last visit I spent 2 hours there on a 10 minute inspection. Really disappointed. And the inspection sticker wasn’t properly cleaned off the window. More
