I would have given a better overall rating if it weren't for the service department, and I mean the employee(s) that actually worked on my car. They seemed to be more interested in howling like wild animals for the service department, and I mean the employee(s) that actually worked on my car. They seemed to be more interested in howling like wild animals in the back-as you could clearly hear them in the waiting area, than bringing my car up in a timely manner. Two customers who checked out AFTER me received their cars BEFORE I did! I had to go back to my service advisor to find out what the hold up was. Unacceptable! More
