Over the five years I’ve owned my Impreza, I’ve believed this service center to be very professional and honest. I don’t believe they’ve made me have work done that I didn’t need. It took a long while for t this service center to be very professional and honest. I don’t believe they’ve made me have work done that I didn’t need. It took a long while for their waiting area to be constructed, but it’s become a good place to stay while my car was being serviced. The personnel have always been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. However, after five years I doubt I will be coming back again for service unless the service is still under warranty or I receive a recall notice. The prices are simply much too high for me to continue to drive here from Staten Island. I will find a reputable service center near my home that has lower prices. I would continue to recommend the dealership and service to those who can afford it. More
