Came in for Takata recall. Was told it would take 1 hour on the phone, then 3 hours when I arrived. When I told them I couldn't wait 3 hours, they said "Ok, 2 hours." Why am I negotiating wait times? Just tell me how long it takes. ~30% of staff were not wearing masks, even when inside, and almost no one seemed to be concerned about staying 6 feet away from each other or from me. I was shocked, also, that more care was not taken in the car - 4 people drove the car at various points but none of them were wearing gloves and only the same plastic sheet for the seat from pre-COVID days was in use, very little precaution to protect either the customer or the staff. Everyone was friendly but you would never know that the business had been shut down for a pandemic, given how little they have adapted. They even still took my card away from me and gave me a printout. Surely investing in a square and an ipad for payment & email for receipts is worth it given the risk to customer and staff. I honestly told my wife when I got back that I was considering reporting them to the DOH. I appreciate being asked for my feedback, I hope it's taken seriously. More

Left the oil cap off after changing the oil and sent me on my way discovered oil leaking and sputtering out the top of a grease spattered new car , 1st service fail .
