Hi Ms. Zhu, I am truly sorry our service team was unable to meet your expectations while completing the recall on your vehicle. We continuously strive to satisfy all of our customers 100 %. I understand the vehicle was promised by 9:00 am and our records indicate you signed for and received your vehicle at 9:09 am. I also understand that after picking up your vehicle, you had questions about one of your brake lights being out, and someone was kind enough to install a new brake lamp bulb for you at no charge, while you waited. This service was performed for you after you had already signed out the vehicle, which could explain why you may have felt the service visit took longer than the time the service advisor had allotted. I apologize if there was any misunderstanding on our part. We hope to do business with you again in the future and if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
