The team at Bay Ridge Subaru is always courtesies and accommodating. I appreciate the Oil change only option as I know I can get in and out quickly. It’s a testament of the company looking at the changing environment to match the new customer base. The waiting room was full of customers, but all well-spaced at more than 6’ apart. The staff all wore masks (as did all customers) - I felt safe. The Starbuck’s coffee was good. The 6,000 mile service plus NY State annual inspection were completed in under an hour - at least a half-hour less than I was told to expect. There is really nothing I could suggest to improve the service and courtesy. Douglas More
