The team is thorough, working on the issue you came in with and identifying other areas to address. Never any pressure to act on them for service. Recently there was an item that was missed. After calling in about it, rather than have me return to their location, the technician was dispatched to my location and corrected the issue onsite. Excellent service and glad I have them in the area! More
lack of following rules The person who drove my car into the service area did not wear a mask in my car. I had to ask her to put one on. I saw 2 service staff with their masks pulled down only covering their mouth. The person who took my payment also only had her mask covering her mouth. I only saw one hand sanitizer dispenser. No signs saying that masks are required. Repair staff did not have any face coverings on when they came into the area where payments are made. I have purchased 2 vehicles from you and only use your service department for maintenance and repairs. I've always been satisfied with the service however I am very disappointed with the lack of following rules during the pandemic. More
Excellent Experience I only have nice things to say about Joseph Teti. He made everything quick and easy. Problem is - we end up buying a car every time we're there. In general great, but made a fairly big mistake this time The dealership is great. Made a careless error last time I was in. I told them I had a slow leak in the front right tire when I brought it in. Afte The dealership is great. Made a careless error last time I was in. I told them I had a slow leak in the front right tire when I brought it in. After waiting almost 2 hours, they told me there was nothing wrong with the car ( in itself commendable for a dealership, as opposed to finding something to charge me for). Then I waited another 2.5 hours for them to change the tire. Relaying this feedback to support future improvements. More
Terrible. My wife and I paid for tire insurance with you when we bought our car. When we called to schedule a tire repair, we were transferred a number of times My wife and I paid for tire insurance with you when we bought our car. When we called to schedule a tire repair, we were transferred a number of times and never got any of the answers we were looking for. Instead, we were almost completely ignored and brushed off. Now we're left wondering why we paid 500 dollar insurance in the first place? Have we been ripped off? We'll be getting our tire fixed elsewhere and sending the bill to Subaru. Let's see if they do the right thing. More

Missing Management I brought my car in at 9am for a 30k and inspection. At 10:30 I got a call breaks were needed I said yes she said ready about noon. I came in at 11:30 and asked for update the man ion the office said he’d come to me with one in a couple of minutes. He never did. 90 minutes later I checked in an was told and hour. 30 minutes later I saw my care get driven in. More than an hour later still not ready. Any time I asked for an update I got nothing. ADDITIONALLY multiple staff weren’t wearing masks and the valet kept having his around his chin. Manager was completely absent AND several other people complained about the same issue with inaccurate and lack of time information. More
