First visit to dealer for recall I have 3 Outbacks in my company that were purchased in NJ and we always dealt with the dealer there which is excellent. Because of COVID I no longer d I have 3 Outbacks in my company that were purchased in NJ and we always dealt with the dealer there which is excellent. Because of COVID I no longer drive into the office and I needed to service a 2010 Outback with 56,000 closer to where I live , in Brooklyn. My friends have purchased cars from this dealership and were very satisfied with their transactions and service. I decided to take it there instead of driving to NJ. The car was ready when promised, the staff was pleasant and cordial, while having the car there they took their time and examined the entire car. I think they gained me as a customer. Since this was a recall I can't comment on pricing. More

I had a great experience at Bay Ridge Subaru I did not have an appointment on Monday 7/6/20 when I had to bring my vehicle for service. My car would not start I was able to get a jump start thru I did not have an appointment on Monday 7/6/20 when I had to bring my vehicle for service. My car would not start I was able to get a jump start thru Subaru Roadside service, and brought my vehicle once started right to Bay Ridge Subaru. Even without an appointment, they still were able to help me and repair my vehicle the same day. My battery died and they were able to give me a new one the same day. The service Advisor Marc D'Ottavio is so helpful and pleasant to deal with. This was only the second time I brought my vehicle there for service, and they could not have treated me any better then they did. Marc is exceptional at what he does, it is a pleasure to deal with him. Overall my experience was great. I am happy I chose a Subaru, and even happier that I choose to service my vehicle at Bay Ridge Subaru. More
Long wait but understandable Typically when I make an appointment 2 weeks in advance I didn't expect a long wait time. But I did. At the same time, there were people serviced there that hasn't made an appointment which pushed our line much further and I sat in the break room for a long time. It's unfortunate that it has hinder my work schedule but nothing I can control. I wish there was more timely management for those that have made appointments and pacing those that have not. More
