Amazed! I have been to Bay Ridge before for regular service and maintenance, and been impressed by their friendliness and great service. So when my car got si I have been to Bay Ridge before for regular service and maintenance, and been impressed by their friendliness and great service. So when my car got sideswiped on the street, I had it towed to them. They took great care of me, and were super communicative and helpful along the way. This took place at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, so there were some obvious delays, but Marc was good-humored, helpful, and reassuring about the process. I have no doubt they did everything they could do to fix my car quickly and perfectly. I have to admit that when my car got towed to them, it was a dirty mess... when I got back in after it was fixed, it was absolutely SPOTLESS. The Bay Ridge team cleaned the bejeezus out of my car, to the point where the interior almost doesn't feel like my old Impreza. I'm thrilled. More
I don't have any issues about the service quality but the prices are way high than it should. They nickel and dime you for everything no bonus specially the little things such as cleaning battery terminal re prices are way high than it should. Initially exasperating, later ingratiating. I was originally advised by the receptionist the the recall work needed on my car could be done in one hour. When I brought my cart in, Michael Oter I was originally advised by the receptionist the the recall work needed on my car could be done in one hour. When I brought my cart in, Michael Otero told why it might take up to three weeks to service my car and offered me a loaner vehicle. I told him I didn't want a loaner vehicle with which I was unfamiliar. I asked him to call me when the parts that he needed were received and I would reschedule. Michael called me a week later. I asked him if he could service my car in four days. He promised to try. Two days later he called me to say that my car was ready. When I told him that I was feeling ill that day, he had somebody from your service dept. drive my car back to my house. Michael Otero was the only person with whom I dealt. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional and, most especially, honest. I believe that he is an outstanding asset to Subaru and I would definately suggest your retaining him, if not promoting him. More
