However, the new battery my car needed was not in stock and had to be ordered for installation two fays later. I consider a battery to be basic operating equipment that should be in stock at all times. It is not an exotic, rarely-replaced part. However, they cheerfully loaned me a clean replacement vehicle and called me hours ahead of the predicted delivery time and delivered my repaired car in excellent condition. I would certainly trust them with my service needs in the future, but I think that their supply management could be improved. More
