I could check in from my phone, so all I had to do was go in and leave my car to them! Service was pretty quick, and the waiting room was really nice, and I was back on the road in no time at all. I would have given the service department a higher rating but for the fact that I was $28 for installing a $2.50 light bulb. Said $28 mechanic fee was never disclosed for a bulb that only looked like it was but for the fact that I was $28 for installing a $2.50 light bulb.
