Sabina was tentative and informative. I was able to pick up my vehicle within 2.5 hours after drop off. Recommended servicing was more than what I expected upon drop off. I was going in for a routine oil ch up my vehicle within 2.5 hours after drop off. Recommended servicing was more than what I expected upon drop off. I was going in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and filter change. Ended up with battery replacement, oil change, wind shield wiper replacement and some kind of rust cleaning process. More

This is a formal complaint - I feel that your service team did not explore the best course of action in the benefit of your customer. We purchased a 2021 Outback in October. My father-in-law visited team did not explore the best course of action in the benefit of your customer. We purchased a 2021 Outback in October. My father-in-law visited your Bay Ridge location on 12/31 to diagnose the tire pressure on one of his tires. He had called the same day to make an appointment and whoever he spoke with was nice enough to squeeze him into what seemed to be a busy day. Turns out, there was a nail on the tread of one of the rear tires. Solution? Replace the tire completely instead of patching. It was my mistake for not being there but after my father’s visit, I’ve had several colleagues who have purchased from your dealership tell me that they’ve simply had their tires patched in this situation. But it's much easier to charge him $200+ for a tire and send him on his way right? And your guy who does financing? He had an attitude towards my wife’s parents because of how long it was taking to sign everything - she was translating everything for them in Cantonese. Extremely impatient - no, he did not say anything but his body language was so obvious, and sighing everytime we asked a question - he even fell asleep at his desk several times IN FRONT OF US while we were reviewing everything. These are the people that you employ to run your business and close deals? Being in CX and Retail Management for 10+ years, it’s truly sad to see. It just reinforces any notions about car salesmen and dealerships. Only positive thing I will say is that Gerald Wactor was amazing. He was extremely patient with us, attentive and genuine. More
