If I can give a zero star to this dealership for screwing me over, I would. On December 11,2020, I had a flat and brought my car in to replace. Instead of replacing just the 1 tire, they decided to replace a me over, I would. On December 11,2020, I had a flat and brought my car in to replace. Instead of replacing just the 1 tire, they decided to replace all 4 tires and charged me for it including labor eventhough I purchased extended 7 years warranty. Aside from my tire, my alignment was also off but a piece called the handle they didn’t have and needed to be ordered. I was told by Marc D’ Ottavio to come back over a week later on December 22 and the alignment and parts would be covered by my warranty, only $50 deductible I needed to pay. When I brought my car in again on 12/21, they said the part ordered was a defect and they needed to reorder, a definite red flag. The next day 12/23 at exactly 3pm, I received a call from Marc D’Ottavio to come pick up my car but I owe $1300 for the repair because now he decides after 12 days later my warranty doesn’t cover. What??? I couldn’t believe this. I don’t have the money and they did the repair without my authorization. Then they threaten me with storage fees if I don’t pay immediately. It’s a total scam and they were holding my car hostage right before Christmas. I paid because my back was against the wall not because I agree at all. I have never felt more taken by any business before and Subaru was the last place I expect to be treated this way. I’ve been a loyal customer who purchased my vehicle and had every service performed here and this is the way they took advantage of me. I’m never coming back to this dealership again and I’ll make sure all my colleagues, friends and family don’t either. More

Came in for annual inspection. What takes an hour took about 45 min. What I like is that it’s thorough and honest unlike some places where only an emissions test and quick spot checks of wheels are perfo about 45 min.
