I originally found a Jeep at another dealership that I fell in love with but they had terrible customer service. Reached out to April at Bayshore ... and let me tell you this woman is a ROCKSTAR!! Sent her a picture of what I wanted and in no time had a quote, left a deposit and they started the build. I was skeptical about buying out of state and never seeing the vehicle... but.. let me tell you ... their customer service is awesome and the Jeep looks AMAZING!! Finally had it shipped in it 6 am this morning to my home in NC. Haven’t even had the thing for 12 hours and I’ve already had person after person commenting on how sweet it looks. Bayshore Automotive rocks!! More

Start to finish I emailed bayshore auto from their website and within 2 to 3 hours I already had an email and a text message from April Champ. I had emailed 2 other dealers with no response at all and April impressed me with the quick reply and it was on a weekend. I had never bought a vehicle from another state without seeing it in person but they provided me with tons of pictures and reassured me of how nice this Jeep was in person. April emailed and texted back and forth with me and made the process a lot more simple than I thought it would be. When it came time to arrange the transporter she set that up with the outlined conditions I had given her. I was given the transporters cell phone number and he was also an outstanding guy. Very professional and extremely nice. So April recommended a wonderful transporter who did me a solid by getting my new jeep back to me as quickly as he did. Overall buying from April at bayshore was a good experience and I admit that I had a much better experience with April in another state than I have with other dealers who I saw face to face. You can trust April and Bayshore automotive and I have the best looking jeep around now and it turns heads everywhere I go and it drives really good.
