Great service and knowledgeable staff. Our sales rep, Joey Romano, was especially helpful and provided us with all the details and options available on the new hybrid models we were interested in. While my Lexus was in for warranty service, he even took the time to show us your service center which we were totally impressed with how well organized and clean it was. It’s no wonder Lexus Of Wesley Chapel is rated so high. Jose was our service rep, and he too, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to our service repair. I only wish that Lexus would build another Dealership north of Tampa so we don’t have to drive so far for service.

I had a great experience at Lakeland Auto Mall. I came in knowing what car I wanted, and Carlton made the whole process easy from start to finish. Within about 10 minutes of arriving, he had me out on a test drive, and I knew right away that I loved the car. What impressed me most was how smooth and fast everything went. Carlton was helpful, professional, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. The financing was easy, and they worked quickly to get everything approved and completed. From the time I arrived until I drove off the lot, the entire process took about three hours, including financing. I was able to get my car the very same morning, which was amazing. I’ve had my car for almost a month now and I’m still very happy with it. If you’re looking for a dealership that moves fast and provides great customer service, I definitely recommend Lakeland Auto Mall—especially Carlton!

This is where my husband and I met Chad. He introduced himself and had us come inside due to rain. Immediately got the keys to the car I wanted to test drive. I made an appointment with Jamyl the day before, but when I arrived at the dealership, he was assisting someone else and did not appear prepared for our visit. I expected the car we had discussed to be pulled up and ready, but that was not the case. After another salesperson noticed our frustration, we were introduced to Aquiles, who was fantastic. He brought the car around, walked us through everything, and helped get the deal to the finish line. The sales management team at Brandon Honda was generally fine, although there was some confusion regarding the advertised price of the vehicle versus the additional fees. The process also took much longer than expected, especially waiting to meet with finance. After several hours, however, we were finally able to leave in our new car. Overall, Aquiles was the highlight of the experience and did an excellent job.
