Best Vehicle Purchase Experience EVER!!! April is AWESOME!! April Champ is so helpful! I live in Arizona and had looked locally and in Vegas at Jeeps and couldn't find anything I really loved. When I stumbled April Champ is so helpful! I live in Arizona and had looked locally and in Vegas at Jeeps and couldn't find anything I really loved. When I stumbled upon Bayshore Automotive's website I LOVED what I saw. I sent an email to April and she answered promptly. I was concerned about buying a vehicle 2,000 miles away, but April helped me through every step of the process. She had my Jeep shipped to me within 48 hours for a very reasonable price, in fact, less than it would have cost me to fly out and drive it back myself. April was always available to answer any question, any time, via email, text or phone call, even though we are three time zones apart. She LOVES her job and it shows. I was a bit hesitant to purchase a vehicle sight unseen, but April sent me extra videos and photos and I knew this was a quality build. You can trust April to follow through with everything she says. When I got my Jeep, I couldn't believe my eyes! It's actually MORE beautiful in person. I have taken it off-road in mud and in up to two feet of snow in the month that I have had it and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of this vehicle. It's gorgeous and very capable, and it still rides smoothly on the highway. This Jeep can go anywhere! I get stopped all the time by people asking me where I got such a cool Jeep! My doctor was driving past me and stopped his vehicle in the middle of the road to wave me down and look at my custom Bayshore Jeep! My local custom Jeep shop looked it over and they were all impressed with what a great job Bayshore did on the custom build. If you are considering purchasing from Bayshore from out of town, do not fear, April will help you through every step of the process. They honor their prices and the price you get is the TRUE out the door price, with no secret add-ons like other dealerships like to throw in. April is patient, detail oriented, knowledgeable and she LOVES helping her customers. It's such a pleasure working with someone who enjoys what she does so much! April really made this a fun, happy experience for me. I have texted her pictures and videos of my Jeep out in the snow/mud and she always sends back the nicest texts. I'm a long time Jeep/off-road guy, been around Jeeps for a long time and owned several; I currently own a 2006 Jeep Wrangler LJ, and it's been nothing but reliable. So...My girlfriend just recently bought the 2018 White Rubicon with 4-inch Skyjacker lift, with progressive rate coils and Iron Cross custom bumper, with Nitto 38's...VERY nice setup!! You guys were really awesome with your customer service and how you treated her, I can't speak highly enough about your business and Jeep builds, you really have an awesome business model, I envy you!! I LOVE Jeeps, and really love how the new JL's turned out! Thank you for the way you all treated my girlfriend and the REALLY good deal on the Jeep. Out here in Arizona, buying a Jeep is tantamount to buying ice water in the middle of an endless desert, you just can't find a good deal, simply because Jeeping is so popular out here. The price you sold the Rubicon to her for was a super good deal, then on top of that, you guys hooked her up with the powder coated half-doors AND the Jeep got here in 2 days for less than a thousand dollars, I was just blown away! She really loves the Jeep and I may actually love it more than her...lol. Bayshore...You guys (and gals of course) ROCK!!
