MY 2012 F150 with 250,000 + miles, started having a starter issue. IT kept running. Not wanting to possibly ruin the flywheel, I decided to get a new starter. I priced the online stores, and actually called a tire service shop. I got an estimate from Bayshore Ford, in Delaware, at a factory shop, for less than the other guys. I now know I have a Ford part, installed properly. Confidence and safety, priceless. I bought a Box of DONUTS, but COVID Rules prevented the treat for the mechanics. Next time, perhaps a WAWA gift card will work. - Paul More
The sevice department at Bayshore Ford is top notch. I came in for a routine oil change and my 120k maintenance check. I did not have an appointment and they were able to help right away. Just ok. I rely on the full insp on my diesel work truck. I know it needs filters but it was not inspected nor was it suggested. I asked the counter person basics on my filter interval changes and she truck. I know it needs filters but it was not inspected nor was it suggested. I asked the counter person basics on my filter interval changes and she did not know-Nor did she know any specifics about my truck even though she was the salesperson who took the truck in. :( More

This places likes to act like a top of line truck dealership but service management is very incompetent. Talking to the employees while I was there only solidified my opinions as the stories they told me made me feel bad for anyone who would have to work for such an organization. One could only hope that freightliner will step in and and help them figure out how to run a dealership service department. More

When we arrived to look at it we were greeted by Jeff, our wonderful salesman, he offered us a test drive and we were hooked. Awesome SUV with all the bells and whistles. Jeff was very helpful with getting us all the rebates and promotions that we qualified for. Tyler in financing also did a fantastic job getting us the best financing that fit our needs. Flat tire FIXED! I have a leased 2016 Price Toyota RAV 4. Had a flat. Called Price Service they said "come on down". I "came on down" and they didn't have the tire I have a leased 2016 Price Toyota RAV 4. Had a flat. Called Price Service they said "come on down". I "came on down" and they didn't have the tire in stock. WHAT? Your #1 selling vehicle and you don't have replacement tires for them? "It'll be in later today" they said. "Great", I sad "because I won't be". and out I went. I head back towards my home in Wilm, needing to stop at Lowe's and while rolling on a temp donut tire I know iv'e got to get real here. I see that "Quick Lane" service store and think....hmmmm, pul in here and see if they can help. WELL, I was in Retail for years and this experience IS HOW YOU RETAIL. This BIG DOG at the counter (#767 maybe) says in a very calm and caressing voice.."may I asssist you sir?" Long story short, they had to go get the tire from some tire store (more than Toyota offered right here). The entire event took 1 hour exactly as was promised by the Big Guy. THIS IS RETAIL. A great friendly positive problem solving front desk 1st rate representative. That was #767. It was $40 less than Toyota quoted even. The fundamental lesson in Retail is to "make a new customer every day and keep the ones you've got". The BIG way soft spoken, profeesional, king guy IS the definition of Retail.
