I am very pleased with Scott the service manager who always takes the time to take care of me with anything and everything I need. He is looked at very highly by me and I appreciate how he has helped m always takes the time to take care of me with anything and everything I need. Ever since Bayside took over management from Adams and my regular service representative left, the service department has been a headache to deal with. I have a Lifetime Max Care warranty on my car and that regular service representative left, the service department has been a headache to deal with. I have a Lifetime Max Care warranty on my car and that seems to throw the service department into a "tizzy" when I mention it after telling them my service issue. I have difficulty setting appointments, never receive the call backs promised and since they did away with the loaner program, having to use the rental car service with their voucher is always another hellish experience. I dread having to service my car now. Unfortunately all the other dealers in my area also have bad service reviews so I'm loathe to try one of them and have no recourse but to suffer using their services until I sell my car eventually. Will not buy another Chrysler product. Additionally I have a case pending with Mopar for being charged for service that should have been part of my warranty. When I spoke to the head of the service department about it they were very evasive about revisiting the issue, which is why my only recourse was to open a claim directly with Mopar. Mechanics are probably ok, but the service representatives and appointment setters are not. Do not use their service department if you have another option. More

Excellent Service Department I have a 2019 Ram 1500, and I have had my oil changed twice here and tires rotated once. Setting up a schedule online is so convenient, and they call you to confirm the appointment. The Service staff is very friendly and professional. Both times I have had my vehicle serviced, I was in by 7:30AM and out about 45 minutes later. The price for oil changes and tire rotation is very reasonable. In my opinion, this service department is the gold standard, and I will continue to come here for all of my maintenance needs, and I will definitely recommend Adams to all of my Mopar friends. I found I had a major issue with my Cherokee which is never a fun situation but working with Jeff Enis made it go smoothly and he was very accommodating. The sales representative was nice and helpful, and we eventually settled on a car we were considering to purchase. Although we had a certain price in mind (who doesn’t), we were open for what they could offer. After the application was filled out and processed, the General Sales Manager – Drew Litherland – came out to talk to us about the price. He threw some numbers on the paper, it was some comparison of the online prices with what they had in stock, saying that they were willing to match it (though we are still not even sure where those numbers came from). As soon as we said that the price was still a little higher than what we were hoping for, he rudely told us that we were wasting his time, started walking away, and told us to call him back when we were ready to buy. We were very sorry we wasted your time, Drew, but last time we checked, talking to the customers was your job. We were willing to buy the car today. We could even go with your price, because yes, after all, it wasn’t particularly bad. All you had to do is be nice and explain that you could not go lower. Like any normal sales representative would. I probably would not have bought a Jeep if I knew the service department was so onerous, not service friendly, and not accommodating to its customers. PS - my Jeep Renegade is less than 7 mos old...roof leaks, parking gauge needs service, oil needs to be changed. More
