Went to bayside jeep out of curiosity and wound up trading in my 2017 wrangler for a 2021. Dealing with my salesman David arocho made my decision that much easier. Went to get an oil change and had a HORRIBLE experience. I was very upset that i dropped off my car at 5pm and was told that it should take an hour or so. It wasnt untill 830 pm when i called to check the s I was very upset that i dropped off my car at 5pm and was told that it should take an hour or so. It wasnt untill 830 pm when i called to check the status of my car and they said that it has been ready. I was told that the phone they had wasnt working and when i texted the number that had texted me they said that number doesnt work anyway. When i expressed me being upset when i got to the service center (almost 4 hours later from when i dropped the car off) Brandon Diaz acted very unprofessionally and was not accommodating. He did not have an answer as to why a simple oil change took 4 hours and continued to be rude and give an attitude. He only reiterated that he tried calling me one time and the phone did not work. A very lame excuse if you ask me, he also did not seem to care that i was displeased with my experience. I am not one to leave reviews or respond to surveys but my experience was very poor and i will not be returning back to this service center in the future. 4 hours for an oil change & rude responses from employees does not make for good customer service. What i will say to end this review is the female who was working at the computer, that answered the phone when i had called was very nice and tried to accommodate me. Unfortunately the person she brought for me to speak with was quite the opposite More
