I was very impressed with my service. I did the early bird drop off which made things so much easier. My service writer Jay Escobar called me and explained the issues found on my car. They fixed my SRT w bird drop off which made things so much easier. My service writer Jay Escobar called me and explained the issues found on my car. They fixed my SRT with no issues although I had to go back for a sensor to be changed it did not bother me because Jay hospitality was excellent. Car was on and out and he took care of it with no hassle. For me it’s all about customer service , troubleshooting and diagnostic finding the root cause and resolve it which they did. Service is horrible. No call backs, nothing. They had to order a part for car and they don’t tell you. They have no clue what customer service is.Would not recommend their service center.
