Horrible and could have been much better I came in to get a recall taking care of. What was the point of making an appointment if you cannot hold by it. At that point I said I would like my car back and I will leave. After speaking with the manager they were able to complete the job within 30 minutes. I was considering to get a Jeep for my next car but with this type of customer service how can I. More

5 hours later I went in twice over the past 2 weeks; the first time I went for an inspection; when I arrived they said I wasn’t on the list although I called to con I went in twice over the past 2 weeks; the first time I went for an inspection; when I arrived they said I wasn’t on the list although I called to confirm my appt earlier that day. It took them 3 hours to let me know I needed a new tire. Later I was advised to also do a 4X4 service & rear brakes & roters. Since I waited so long, I wasn’t prepared to stay there all night. I asked when I can come & not have to wait for hours- they said 6am. So I went back the week after at 6am. I told them of the deal the first employee (Josh) offered me (which he said would still stand) & the new employee I spoke to (Brandon) said since Josh wasn’t there that day that we were “making a new deal”. I said I brought my car under those conditions & he tried to play me with switching it up & saying “it’s the same price” when it was actually $140 more. I brought that to his attention, he tried to convince me, I said no, & I finally got the deal I was originally offered. How dishonest. So I mention that I want to get All Terrain tires & he said they’d have to order them, so I settled for the non-All Terrain since he said they had them in stock, but LITERALLY 5 hours later, after I asked about the status of my car each passing hour, it was finally ready & Brandon said I waited so long because they had to drive to LI to get my tires - they didn’t actually have them in stock like they said. He didn’t even ask me if I was willing to wait longer or if I wanted the All Terrain since they had to pick up the tires anyway. And when I complained, he smiled at some other employee like he was amused. Totally inappropriate, so you guys lost a customer. The only good thing is that my Jeep is running well, so praise to the mechanic, but my customer service experience was TERRIBLE. Clearly, some people there are shifty & no one needs a jerk trying to take advantage. And if I wasn’t a woman, maybe that wouldn’t of happened. In addition, Brandon said “We’re not even making any money off you” & one of the times I went to ask about my car he said “I’m talking to you more than I’m working” - meanwhile, all lies- & I even caught him looking at his phone at a picture of a girl. He gave me a free inspection & oil change to try to compensate, but it didn’t. Also, for the record, when I take my other SUV to the Ford dealership, their service is awesome, every Ford gets a free inspection & they even wash my car before giving it back. I don’t plan to go back to the Jeep dealership in Bayside & would never recommend it - but I do plan on calling the manager, Bob Kennedy, to complain if this review isn’t passed on to him. More
10 am appt for oil change took 2 1/2 hrs . Way too long. Rid Had 10 am appointment for Oil Change. Took almost 2 1/2 hours. That is Ridiculous. Not Happy. Never had to wait this long.
