Brian, the service Advisor is outstanding and always willing and able to make it easier and smooth to get you out as soon as possible. He will will call you or come out and look for you after the work is done. I never had any issues with the dealership and I am sure neither you will. I don’t know why I come back I got 4 new tires so I come to get my truck aligned it came back in worse alignment than when it went in. I take it back and the guys at the service d I got 4 new tires so I come to get my truck aligned it came back in worse alignment than when it went in. I take it back and the guys at the service desk are almost blaming me for not having the suspension checked. This is the only dealer in my neighborhood. So I’m limited in options. I honestly don’t know why I keep going back. First time I had in in the alignment took 4 hours. Now I’m still waiting to get it back the second time going on 3 hours More

Great service Been to other jeep service centers and this was a great experience. Other locations for a simple oil change took 4 hours.
