NO replacement car while they fix the car I have 2019 Jeep Cherokee, it needs jump start after turn off. I understand they need time to fix the issue, but at the meantime, I need the a car to I have 2019 Jeep Cherokee, it needs jump start after turn off. I understand they need time to fix the issue, but at the meantime, I need the a car to drive, They (Joshua, Scott, Tim)can NOT even provide any type of the car. Just letting me to rent a car outside by myself and they reimburse $35 per day. Is this the right service for a leasing customer? More

Nice waiting room. But I’ve had 2 QA issues in both of my experiences with them. First was when I first got the car. Tire pressure was 26 pounds per the dashboard indicator. I checked with a gauge and got the same reading. I had to add 10 pounds of air to each tire to get to specs. No leaks. Then after my first oil change on the car the “oil change needed” indicator came on after I drove about 1,000 miles. When I called they said they must have forgotten to reset it. These are very basic items that should be covered by a checklist and reviewed before the car leaves the shop. To me it’s very sloppy and leaves the other work suspect. Very disappointing considering their other great features. More
