Service department trying to rip you off I was there for diagnostics and at the end of the day I have received proposal to repair my car for $4500 ($2100 parts and $2400 labor) plus taxes. I I was there for diagnostics and at the end of the day I have received proposal to repair my car for $4500 ($2100 parts and $2400 labor) plus taxes. I have never seen such kind rip-off. The parts are mopar genuine and they are triple priced at the dealership then I have to pay to swap few sensors for $750 worse of work besides $700 for sensors. I have bought mopar genuine sensors myself for a price of $167 from Amazon and went to my mechanic who replaced them at $75. Here is simple math where they are trying to rip you off. Stay away from them as I highly recommend it. More

Horrible experience I had a jeep trade in, which the dealer agreed to pay off what I had left on the loan. I kept receiving emails from the finance company that a paymen I had a jeep trade in, which the dealer agreed to pay off what I had left on the loan. I kept receiving emails from the finance company that a payment was due on the jeep that I traded in. I contacted the finance company to see what was going on. They said the payoffwas never made. When I called the salesman who helped me (which was a few phone calls) he would never return my calls. Finally I spoke with the finance department and was told they forgot to send the check. If I hadn't contacted the finance company it still wouldn't have been paid. More
