I enjoy the beach and the outdoors hence looking for a 4WD and not an AWD vehicle to lease. Upon walking into the show room I was greeted by Edwin "Eddie" and "Bhav pronounced Bob. Bhav took the time to show every 4WD vehicle in the show room. It took me a week but I ended up choosing the Grand Cherokee Limited fully loaded. I was able to negotiate an outstanding deal with Edwin and Reginald. I was extremely happy and would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. There were no high pressure sales and a very friendly environment. When I leased my Cherokee I realized everyone overlooked the front mats. I went to the dealership yesterday and Edwin greeting me with a smile. He immediately got me the maps and answered my additional questions about the Jeep on how to use some of the features (it's fully loaded and great). When my wife, children or friends are looking for a new vehicle I will send them to Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More

Worst service department in history of Jeep Worst service dept ever. Not to mention the rudeness of all of the workers in the service deptartment. They have no regard for any customer whatsoever. The supervision in the building is horrendous also. Westbury Jeep service department was the best Jeep service I have been to. So sorry I bought my car from bayside just to get a cheaper price. More
