EDIT: Bought a used, Blue Certified 2021 F-150 from Baytown Ford and I negotiated a seat repair/replacement upon delivery. Everything seemed great until I drove the truck more than 5 miles. The driver seat completely fell through on the left side and despite it looking nice, the seat is terribly uncomfortable. I took it to get it looked at and they said it was damaged due to improper installation, and that I would need a replacement foam. I found out that my salesman did the install Baytown Ford despite the service department assuring me that they outsourced the work. I won’t say the salesman’s name but it seemed like he did it without permission. After trying to send me a cheaper seat cushion from a 2019 F-150, all communication has been cut off. It’s unfortunate since I had a great experience otherwise and now have a nice truck with terrible ride comfort. More

Unfortunately, I made the decision to trade my Toyota for a 2023 ford bronco, it has since had numerous recalls and left me stranded on the side of the road 3 times all with 18k miles or less. I’ve attempted a buy back option which was denied and also a trade in, as I feel they have truly sold me a lemon but it’s very clear they do not want my business. Gave me an appraisal of 11k less than what I owe to do a trade in and by no means want to keep their customers happy. Do not recommend the bronco sports nor purchasing from this ford dealer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Update: the manager Chris reached out and was able to trade in my bronco for what I wanted. I do appreciate the efforts to fix my concerns and working with me to get into something I felt more comfortable with. I worked with Gelmer and the process was very smooth.
