Called the dealership to see about bringing my Explorer in for routine maintenance the next day and Chris said no problem. Saw Chris the next day when I arrived and he handled getting it in the shop rapidly and even had them do the recall that was on it. He had it all done before long and notified me as soon as it was done. I didn’t have to go hunt him down to find out the status. Chris made it another great service visit.

This is going to be my third time going to this service department. I can’t say it’s the worst nor the best. This company can get better and I know they do read these post. When customer write a good or bad post. They do get rated and sometimes it’s hard to judge the advisor because they can’t control when you can get your car back. The only thing we can do is trust the service company. I had my fair share of the worst issues with this company the lies the verbal abuse the disrespect I can go on and on. The first person you see is the service advisor those are the ones you rely on when you car is in the shop. So far for me two out of the three really didn’t care about their customers. The second knew about my situation from earlier and communicated with me until the end. When you feel you’re getting nowhere with your advisor you can call customer relations or talk to the next person above them. Well I stated my facts for what Bret S. said to me who was my service advisor. I have the facts what he said and when I tried to talk to the assistant service manager Chris B he just ignored me. At the end of the day I got my vehicle back but it took almost three months. They did provide a rental for the time I didn’t have the vehicle and I didn’t have to pay for that nor pay for the service done for the my car. It took the service manage Dave E. to fix all the issues I had to deal with and he did apologize for the experience I had with there service department. If you’re asking yourself why go to a place where you’re disrespected. I purchased the ESP warranty when I got the vehicle and it save me a lot of money. Unfortunately when I bought this car I didn’t know the amount of known issues it had and the recalls. Dave I appreciate you honesty compassion for customer service especailly going above and beyond to help me and I do apologize that some of your staff members act like they don’t care and I’m sure after reading this some adjustments can be made or better educated on customer service.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I was lied to through text and promised a price, but when I drove two and a half hours to the dealership, they refused to honor what they had promised. They then told me that, to offset the price increase they had lied about, they could beat my bank's financing terms. I let them run my credit because they said they could beat my bank, but they couldn't beat my bank's interest rate, resulting in an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit report. I refused to pay more than the price I was promised and left, only to get stuck in a tropical storm during 5:00 p.m. traffic—all because this dealership is full of liars. I would strongly recommend getting any pricing commitments in writing and confirming they will be honored before making the drive. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this dealership.
