It was a very easy & quick process and everyone was very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile. I wasn't trading in a vehicle & was going to have my husband take me to the dealership the next day to pick up the new car, but they even delivered my new car to my house the next day to save us that trip. I've never had any dealership offer to do that before. It was very nice to arrive home from work & there was my new car sitting in the driveway waiting for me. More
