The sales person I dealt with was not professional and just came across as a typical used car s My first visit to this dealership was not a good one. The sales person I dealt with was not professional and just came across as a typical used car salesman. The van I wanted was at Beaman but I did not want to work with the salesman that had helped me. I visited another dealership and met with a wonderful salesman but the dealership did not have what I was looking for. He gave me the name of Ron Radcliffe back at the Beaman Dealership in Murfreesboro. Mr. Radcliffe and I spoke on the phone and I made an appointment to go back to the dealership to meet with him and test drive a car. He was a very professional salesman. Upfront and honest and genuine. He is also retired military which earned my respect and the respect of my husband right away. Buying a car is always stressful but I have to say my husband I had a good time talking to and interacting with Ron. The whole process went by so fast and was quite enjoyable. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Caravan from Ron and we love it. The finance coordinator, Harriette McBride, was also wonderful to interact with. Ron had previously worked above and beyond a few years ago to get me in the car I really wanted and worked insanely hard for me. Because of my situation at our first meeting, he could have easily discarded me and moved on to an easier sale...But that isn't what Ron is about. Ron is about the person more than the sale. He stuck with me for over 6 months and we finally got into a brand new Charger...A friendship and huge respect was formed Fast forward to recently, in preparing for a big move to Colorado I sadly had to accept a really wheel drive car was not the best option and needed a 4 wheel drive Of course I reached out to Ron as we had kept in contact since our first meeting years ago. Because he cares about getting to know his customers he knew which vehicle would fit me the best and make me the most excited to own. He was perfect in his assessment. There were a lot less bumps along the road to getting into this new 2017 Jeep Trailhawk.
