Service center made us wait 30 minutes past appointment time to check in, tried to upsell everything, then the final quote for the scheduled service was almost double the price agreed to on the schedule si time to check in, tried to upsell everything, then the final quote for the scheduled service was almost double the price agreed to on the schedule site. The service manager (or so he claimed) said that was the “normal” price and the website (scheduler) did not include oil! Who on earth would expect to book an oil change without oil????? So the listed $79 became $150. Bait and switch. Unethical behavior makes me deeply concerned about the business practices of the entire company. We are new to town, and will be sure to find someone else for services going forward. More

Bought a 2025 new Land Cruiser there recently. Sales person was awesome. Had tight time schedule and they agreed to a price quickly and got the car ready quickly and I picked it up. This place is a scam. Extremely over priced work. There have been several times I’ve stopped in for an oil change and been told I needed 4k-8k worth of work on my 2008 Tun Extremely over priced work. This dealership doesn’t know how to interact with customers. Charging for anything to make money. The warranty is no where near expired and they don’t want to do an inspection. We just bought our 3rd new vehicle from Beaman and it will be our last. We have a minor problem with license plates and they will not return our calls let alone try to fix the problem. The Nashville BBB will be our last. We have a minor problem with license plates and they will not return our calls let alone try to fix the problem. The Nashville BBB gives Beaman a "D-" and says they are not an accredited business and we now understand why. I would suggest going to Murfreesboro, North, Gallatin or Robert's Toyotas, the BBB says they are all A+ and accredited. More
