He checked in a few days later to make sure things were still going well. He facilitated resolution to a problem that wasn’t even his and got it taken care of quickly & effectively. Everyone was very nice and Amanda was very helpful getting my replacement tire. Looks like warranty on tire expired. Side wall screw inside side of tire so I couldn't see it.

Our salesperson or as she put it "Problem Solver" Samina was fantastic to work with and truly went above and beyond. After the sale, we discovered an issue with one of the tires, and the dealership honored their commitment and replaced it without hesitation. Took my car to get the rear brakes replaced. It was due for a tire rotation as well but the guy told me that I didn't need one since I was there less than 5,000 miles ago. That was not true and as a result, the maintenance required signal keeps showing every time I start the car. Also, I originally cancelled the first appointment and the guy told me the customer service dude that I spoke to didn't cancel the appointment. This location just doesn't ever seem to get it right.
