On Monday April 6 and Wednesday April 8 had great service from Josh Racine. He handled my CNA warranty claim. Diagnostic on Monday, parts ordered, originally had a Thursday morning appointment. horrible service, charging for unnecessary services that is not needed and extremely expensive. The customer has a better chance of locating Jimmy Hoffa and Amelia Earhart than getting the Parts Manager to respond to emails and phone calls. I'm up to 4 emails and 6 phone calls that all go to VM and still no response or any idea if/when I'll get my parts. This issue has happened both times I made on-line orders here. Is this an example of the great relationship built on trust, transparency, and world-class service Beaman Toyota lauds on their website? More
Update: After writing reviews on several platform, I was provided an email to contact at Beaman. I emailed Chris Teller and he resolved the issue in a matter of hours. I don't understand why I wasn't provided his contact information from the beginning instead of leaving several message and being told someone will contact me. I recently had a transmission flush performed at Beaman Toyota, and shortly after the service, my husband noticed fluid leaking from my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was out of state at the time, so I had to take it to another Toyota dealer near my location. They confirmed the issue was related to the prior service. A plug was not put properly back on. Initially, Beaman Toyota assured me they would take care of the problem. However, once the repair was completed by the other dealership, Beaman stopped returning my calls and never followed up as promised. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and follow-through. I expected more from a dealership that claims to value customer service. More
Had a service appointment on 07/31/25 to bring 2021 Camry in for Airbag recall. Eric Heflin was a great help as our Service Advisor. We appreciate the prompt service and the courteous staff in Beaman Toyota Service Center. The waiting room is very comfortable, modern, and provides water, coffee, and other amenities to customers. Eric kept us informed regarding our car’s progress and let us know right away when our car was ready to drive home. More

The service manager (or so he claimed) said that was the “normal” price and the website (scheduler) did not include oil! Who on earth would expect to book an oil change without oil????? So the listed $79 became $150. Bait and switch. Unethical behavior makes me deeply concerned about the business practices of the entire company. We are new to town, and will be sure to find someone else for services going forward. More
