On April 30, 2022, my wife and I were looking to purchase a 2022 (or 2023 Venza), but due to inventory issues and not having any new vehicles on the lot, Beaman Toyota was requiring a $500 deposit to order t a 2022 (or 2023 Venza), but due to inventory issues and not having any new vehicles on the lot, Beaman Toyota was requiring a $500 deposit to order the vehicle which could take as much as 6 months. The first week of Sept (almost 5 months after placing the order for the Venza), we stopped by the dealership in Nashville TN to inquire about the status of delivery and they told us our order was not in the system. Though disappointed, we decided to at that time to cancel and requested out $500 Deposit back. One of the Representatives told us they do not take deposits for orders, but he would check with the Sales Manager when he returned the following day. We had not heard anything for about a week, and on Sept 23rd we called to see where our Deposit check was and was told it would be returned via USPS. As of Oct 1, 2022, we still had not received the Deposit check and called for a specific person and he told us that we had to call back to another person in the dealership, since he could not transfer the call. We called back minutes later and was told that Beaman Toyota does not take deposits and if they did, they would tear the check up. We insisted that due to the issues with this entire transaction, that we felt better having the check returned via USPS…but the person we spoke to was getting irritated and short with us, and said he will take care of it, but I have my doubts. I decided just in case, to put a Stop Payment on that check because of my trust issues with the Beaman Sales Representatives and Management we spoke too, and the run around we were getting and the fact that we waited. Very disappointed in Beaman and all of its representatives and attitudes of the Sales and Management of Beaman Toyota Nashville. More
Aug 24, had an appt for oil change and tire rotation at 12:00 noon. Asked how long and was told 2 1/2 to 3 hrs for just this little service. I waited because I had a free oil change for purchasing my truck 12:00 noon. Asked how long and was told 2 1/2 to 3 hrs for just this little service. I waited because I had a free oil change for purchasing my truck there. Waited 3 hrs and asked about the status. My advisor said it hadn’t been pulled in yet. I asked why he didn’t let me know earlier. Crickets. I got my truck back and left. Sad, that such a good dealership(in the past) has let the service dept go downhill. Just be honest and transparent. I ended up going to my local Valvoline Oil Change, and was in and out in 10 mins. Best experience ever. Beaman needs some major service themselves. This will only hurt your overall business More
I honestly want to rate Beaman Toyota of Nashville, TN, zero, but thier systems requires at least a 1 star rating. I'm extremely frustrated. I drove over four and a half hours to purchase a vehicle in Marc zero, but thier systems requires at least a 1 star rating. I'm extremely frustrated. I drove over four and a half hours to purchase a vehicle in March 2019 from Beaman Toyota. The salesman could not find the extra key, the remote for the DVD player and the Navigation SD card, all of which I was promised would be sent to me within 10 days. Well, three years later, I'm still waiting. I'm contracting them 2 to 3 times a week and was given the same response, that the items will be sent within a few days. Now they are refusing to answer my calls. I have left several voice messages and emails messages that are ignored. I hope this is not the way they treat all of their customers. The only outcome that will resolve this issue is for Beaman Toyota to send the items to me via FedEx next delivery! More

This is our third vehicle purchase with Beaman Toyota. Each time the experience has been fantastic, but they somehow manage to keep improving. Beaman really sucks Now! We went to there today for car routine maintenance. It ended up we paid $1157 even after 10% discount! What we received was non oil changes but tire rotation (supposed to be free but charged $24.95), brake fluid exchange (not sure if it is really needed), transmission fluid exchange (don’t know if it is required), performance cooling system services (said it has two of them for Prius). The Lab-Mechnical charge is $724.61. We have been with Beaman Toyota for over 20 years. Now they treat each customer like a one time visitor. This is sad and really bad. More
