The dealership and owner of the company named Larry Taylor has made this a nightmare!! He has refused to pay for the damages/loss wages and also refused to provide me his insurance information for his business. I can't believe the president of the company would write chicken scratch on a piece of paper saying you will pay for all damages and doesn't stand by his own word/signature.....its a bunch of crap! Who in the xxxx conduct business like this?? This is the most unprofessional establishment and dealership I have ever been to. I would give 0 stars for anything they've ever done for me! My company has suffered tens of thousands of dollars in losses due to their negligence. More

I made an appointment with Dave for my re-visit and he came in on his day off to work with me toward my hopes of purchasing a new Explorer Sport. Just was real genuine. Drove a couple MKC's and liked them, but said he wanted us to drive one with all wheel drive and the 2.3 motor. Sure glad he did as we really noticed a difference in the way it handled. No high pressure to buy, which I prefer. He aked what options we wanted and so forth, then located one for us. When it arrived at the dealership, he wanted us to come and drive it to make sure it was what we wanted. When we arrived at a deal, he was very thorough and didn't hurry when showing us the vehicles and options.
