Had the works package performed on my 2020 Ranger. Check sheet stated all fluids were checked and all ok. Really don’t use my windshield washer fluid often in the summer. A week after my visit I Went to use my washing fluid and the washing fluid light came on. I’ll spend the extra money for good service but this makes me not want to bring my truck back for the service. What else wasn’t checked? Since this was checked as not needed but really was, was my oil levels even checked? I signed at the end that I understood my service but on your end you said everything was complete all fluids topped off and wasn’t. More

Why is there nowhere to park a car when you’re bringing it for service? Why is your service box for keys so flimsy and easily manipulated to steal keys out of if you really wanted to? why.
