I give Jamie Moore 5 STARS across the board * * * * * I believe this dealership would suffer greatly if they ever laid off Jamie Moore due to his all around knowledge and it seems like everyone also in the dealership relies upon Jamie's expertise and knowledge at the same time on a daily basis. My other interaction was with the General Manager Brett Morgan also at Beaver Chevrolet. In years past I had also some previous interactions with Brett Morgan. Brett was very friendly, cordial, polite and professional, down to earth, reasonable and well likable. I use to work at Ally Financial Services as a Senior Operations Manager myself and know the automotive business A-Z especially on the Dealership Services Level. As the G.M. Brett Morgan was also all around A+ and give him 5 STARS * * * * * for his ethics and professionalism as a General Manager at Beaver Chevrolet. Bret being a family man himself he is as cordial and friendly as you would want a General Manager to be for a dealership. Brett's ethics are on par and above par and I was impressed thoroughly throughout the process with Jamie and Brett both assisting me throughout my negotiation for a purchase of vehicle and my trade in. I have ZERO complaints about Beaver Chevrolet whatsoever. ALL the staff were very friendly, cordial and professional. As soon as I walked into the dealership I had multiple staff inquire if I could be helped in any way and including if I'd like something to drink as in bottle water or something else. I called Rich and he assured me that I was in good hands. He took my info, secured the car, and called me back on my approval. All in TEN MINUTES over the phone. Quick and easy, no pressure. He then texted me a picture of the car immediately after the phone call and said “getting her detailed now”. It was the best feeling to know he really cared about my business after listening to how frustrated I was with CarMax. He really listened and gave great assurance to me as this is my very first purchase on a car. He didn’t take advantage of me being a young first time buyer either. He made sure I drove off the lot with knowing everything about the car, every detail about every gadget. Rich is a super down to earth, chill guy. Not pushy at all. Just really caring and helpful. YO-YO scam My honest review of them is it is a too good to be true kinda place. They acted so kind but they roped me into some Yo-Yo scam of theirs . Their business ethics were not their and acted very unethical. I thought I had purchased the vehicle of my dreams , as I had traded in a vehicle and provided almost $3,000 as a down payment. I had sign two contracts with them, had title and everything transfer into my name and was provided a monthly payment start date. I thought fiance for the new car went through as later on my trade in was paid off and sold. Then I get a text saying fiance fell through and they could not find anyone to fiance us so we had to return the new vehicle after about a month. So now I do not have a car to drive. I am not allowed my trade in back as they had sold it before we were actually financed. Now I have a WE OWE YOU slip of paper to get SOME of my down payment back from them in a form of a check. Witch I have not gotten yet!. This is not enough for me to get a new car else where because they screwed me over badly in this YO-YO scam of theirs. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I have no car for me and my son. This place isn't what it appears to be I was offered WOW savings on a vehicle I didn't want, then did not get the same savings on the vehicle I wanted. I didn't realize this until I got ho I was offered WOW savings on a vehicle I didn't want, then did not get the same savings on the vehicle I wanted. I didn't realize this until I got home, but by then the deal had been made. In addition, math errors were made in the price. Met with the Sales Manager, he was willing to write me a check for the errors that I pointed out but would only tell me that GM limits the WOW savings to everyone to a very small percentage of the buying population. I learned an expensive lesson about buying a car, especially from a dealer that isn't honest. As an out of town buyer, I had to buy services that I don't need and can't use. More
