An experience I didn't want. Looked for vehicles online for eleven months. A friend finally told me she was taking me to Jax. She told me to go through my notes and make calls to Jax on vehicles I was interested in. Which I did the late afternoon of April 29. One called was to Beaver Chevrolet to inquire about a certain vehicle. I was put in contact with a sales person named Chris. I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in. Chris never directly answered my question about that vehicle. Chris did ask me several questions. And that there were several vehicles on the lot that he was sure one would suit me. As our conversation continued Chris stated at least twice that the following day would be very busy - as it would be the last day of the month. And he ask went I could come down to Beaver Jax. Very busy huh? I said I will be down the next day between noon be and 1:00. Little did he know he was about to meet "a real CHARACTER". Little did I know I was in for a experience of my life. Long story short... The only thing that exceeds Chris's Professionalism - is his Personality and Patience. It takes a lot to impress me, as my back ground was in Quality Assurance. Chris "WOWED" me. (And I'm sure he won't forget me for a long time lol.) Chris Durand is a top asset to the Beaver Chevrolet team - hopefully he gets recognized all of his qualities. I loved the timeliness of it all.
