Neil and Nick were a great team and work hard to find what we wanted with no pressure or anxiety. They didn’t even bring up money or financing until they found a vehicle we liked. Unfortunately, we then decided the color was a deal breaker and it had to be SHADOW GREY METALLIC. They rolled with this no problem and made it happen within our budget - the exact car we wanted with the engine, trim package and bonus packages we wanted. We only have one complaint about the entire experience. We had settled on the car and the price by about 7-7:30pm. We came in with a check from our credit union so no financing was needed. We then had to wait nearly THREE HOURS to see the business guy to sign about 8 documents!! However, we get in his office and the documents only had one of our names on them so we ended up having to go back the next day anyway. We could have done that and left at 7:30 pm. Oh, one more thing, there is not a single comfy chair in that building. You’ve got people there for hours and spending a lot of money, you can and should have better chairs. More

Every time I entered their facilities it felt like a vulture feeding ground, with me being the food they we’re fighting over. I can’t count the number of times I exchanged words with them and just walked out. When I recently entered my local Beaver Chevrolet dealership, I immediately was introduced with what they call their “WOW” experience. I found everyone very friendly, honest, helpful and sincerely interested in providing me with a first class treatment. The best way I can describe how I was treated is “WOW”!!! 2013 Camaro RS Definitely a WOW experience. From the first contact with Darrell by phone I knew this was the dealer that would come through. We live 2 hours away an Definitely a WOW experience. From the first contact with Darrell by phone I knew this was the dealer that would come through. We live 2 hours away and I was never worried that if we made the drive that we would be disappointed. Nick Rosa also made sure that all would go smoothly, we set a time to come up and inspect the car . Upon arrival we were greeted by Darrell and the car was gassed up and clean and ready to test drive. I drove with Darrell and my wife waited in the showroom were ever person asked if she needed anything! The car was everything described and more, perfect for my daughter. AJ right away offered to have my car looked at and providing the option of retrieving a loaner. It was towards the end of the day at the service department so I got the loaner and was told to come back the next day. I came back and Stella (my car) was all fixed and ready for me. Stella was also clean! 😎. Also my car key seemed to be having issues and I was sent over to another department where they handled it with ease! Larry happened to be walking by and offered his help. My experience went smoothly and had no issues with poor customer service with each individual I spoke with. More

After visiting other dealerships and being pressured from the second I walked in (and my needs not even being heard), this was the complete opposite experience. From before I walked into the building Justin listened to what I wanted and what I needed and he exceeded my hopes in finding the vehicle for me! I thought I’d only be able to get a used vehicle and he helped me get my very first brand new one! Everyone there was friendly and understanding through my inexperience.
