First time service Had great service but the appt process could use some improvement. I didn't ask for a drop off appt but that's what I was given ..... I was not given a summary of my reservation prior to her ending the call. I did get an email confirmation but I didn't read it as I expected it to reflect what I asked for - I indicated I would wait...? I would not have accepted a drop off appt as I live 50 miles away. Thankfully, Kevin was able to work me in and I am completely satisfied with the service i received. More
