We took our 2025 Equinox in for 2 issues. The battery repeatedly dying and a loud vibrating noise in the rear when items were being stored. Despite an well known issue with the Onstar Module The battery repeatedly dying and a loud vibrating noise in the rear when items were being stored. Despite an well known issue with the Onstar Module depleting batteries, it took me saying that to the service writer the SECOND time we had to return the vehicle for another drained battery that would not hold a charge. Then this past Wednesday following picking up our vehicle for the same repairs twice in almost 2 weeks. It took my wife driving less than 5 minutes from the dealership before the LOUD vibrating noise began again. This despite the mechanic stating on the service report that there was no abnormal noises beyond normal road sounds. Which tells me the vehicle obviously wasn't road tested following the " repairs:" In fact, it is actually worse now than the previous time we brought it in because initially it only made the noise when there were items in the rear compartment. Now it does it constantly regardless of rather anything is in the compartment or not. The vehicle has 18 000 miles on it, is a little over a year old from purchase and is barely drivable because it sounds like a freaking helicopter is landing in the rear of it when driving. It is extremely frustrating. At this point, we just assume take the vehicle to an actual dealership that can repair it, because it's became fairly clear that whomever worked on it the 2 times previously at Beaver has no idea how to. Not very happy with Beaver right now. More
