Customer Service in the Service Center! I've recently purchased a few new vehicles over the past several years. As such, I've experienced four (4) different Service Centers affiliated w/ Ch I've recently purchased a few new vehicles over the past several years. As such, I've experienced four (4) different Service Centers affiliated w/ Chevy & JEEP over the past 12 months. In fact, I recently purchased another Chevy at the end of 2019 from Nimnicht (end-of-year discount!) & even though they include the 1st service at N/C, I'm seriously considering Beaver Chevrolet as my "Go-To" for routine maintenance on both my Chevy's! First time service Had great service but the appt process could use some improvement. I didn't ask for a drop off appt but that's what I was given ..... I was not given a summary of my reservation prior to her ending the call. I did get an email confirmation but I didn't read it as I expected it to reflect what I asked for - I indicated I would wait...? I would not have accepted a drop off appt as I live 50 miles away. Thankfully, Kevin was able to work me in and I am completely satisfied with the service i received. More
