No more loaners First of all this review is related to the two times in prior plus this last one. I had my seats recovered on #1 and the car was at the dealership fo First of all this review is related to the two times in prior plus this last one. I had my seats recovered on #1 and the car was at the dealership for about 2 1/2 weeks. I had pre-ordered and made an appointment but for some reason my car kept getting pushed back. No loaner was needed as the person making the appointment told me it was a day job. So very inconvenient. Second time I brought my car in I had a similar situation of it taking over two weeks. I did request a loaner that time. Most recently I brought the car in for a check engine light. It was looked at and I was told more tests needed to be done the following day. I requested a loaner and was told that they are not available anymore. So I came back and got my car since I work everyday. I was unable to bring it back the following day due to a work meeting. I called and asked for Kevin (the latest person I was working with) numerous times to reschedule and was sent to his voicemail. I left messages and no return calls. Either he failed to return my calls or there is something wrong with your voicemail system. I honestly think this last time is it for me. I'm going to look for someone else to service my Corvette. Honestly before this dealership was purchased by Beaver I never had any problems. More

Wow. Literally Listen, if there's ever been a time where customer can get to the point of pulling out their hair only to have all faith in b humanity restored, this Listen, if there's ever been a time where customer can get to the point of pulling out their hair only to have all faith in b humanity restored, this was that time. Long story short. I bought a truck from Beaver Chevy on Phillips and it wasn't the most pleasant experience. HOWEVER!! The servoce department made me glad I chose Beaver Chevy. Service advisor Kevin and GM Brett made it happen when it counted the most. What I purchased was a used 2015 Silverado. It had some issies that were addressed early on. 3 months after my purchase I flew out of town for a week and came back to a dead battery. For 6 hours a was stuck waiting for a tow truck at the airport when these guys brought me a loaner for a truck they didn't even have in their possession yet! After fighting with the warranty dept for 2 weeks, they finally threw in the towel and covered the expenses to fix the truck. (The 3rd party warranty dept finally got their ducks in a row also) They did the right thing. They could have said no way, used truck. But they stood by their product instead. As of this moment, they made a customer FOR LIFE. Thank you guys. There is so much more to the story but it's all good stuff. Thanks to Caleb also that sold me the truck for being willing to drive out to the airport after CLOSING to help a customer out! More
