Beaver Toyota St. Augustine

I came to this Dealership because I had a bad experience in Jacksonville with another Toyota dealership. I explained to the sales representative that I needed a car that day because my lease was up on my ol in Jacksonville with another Toyota dealership. I explained to the sales representative that I needed a car that day because my lease was up on my old car. I explained very clearly that I wanted a RAV 4 with all the options But for some reason, she couldn’t find any on the lot and there online inventory was not accurate. I came that day on the last day of the month. Which meant that the dealership was like a madhouse selling cars. I brought my daughter with me which she was four years old At the time which made things a little harder. We spent a lot of time looking through their entire lot, baking in the sun. As time passed it kept getting later and later. We did find a RAV4. That I did like, but the price was just way too high and my payments would’ve been astronomical. By that time the Dealership was about to close so at that time One of the sales managers came out and started helping us find a car. He suggested a used car, but they had nothing that I liked. Then he suggested other cars that I was not interested in. Then he suggested a Camry. I told him my original plan was to get a car with all the bells and whistles. I told him that I wanted a RAV4 with all the bells and Whistles and then I couldn’t get that I would get something similar with the same amount of options. I did tell the sales Representative when I first got there that I was not interested in paying all the additional fees that came with that Dealership. At this point I was so exhausted and he finally pulled up a car that was a middle of the road Camry. It did not have all the options as I wanted, but I was so tired and I needed a car and my daughter was exhausted as well. The dealership was already closed and it was late at night. I ended up agreeing to buying This car against my better judgment. After I looked at the paperwork that I signed A few Why? is just another scam Dealership just like the rest of the other ones. Don’t fall for the advertisements they put on TV or social media. Now I’m stuck with a car that I’m not in love with for the next five years. More
