Beaver Toyota of Cumming has a high-tech service center where you can get your Toyota or Lexus serviced or maintained – we also maintain all makes and models. Our origins are humble, and we remain humble servants to our customers. The heart of our family-owned dealership starts with Mike Beaver. Mike learned the automobile business from his father. At age 12 Mike began working 7 days a week and never slowed down. He purchased his first dealership in Denison, Texas in 1986. Two more dealerships followed; one in Carrollton, Texas and one in Lufkin, Texas. Later another in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As Mike and his wife Linda grew the company, they were determined to elevate standards of doing business to be customer centric and community focused. The Beaver family comes from a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” attitude which permeates throughout our culture. The talent we cultivate at the dealership understands the importance of honing their respective craft to best serve our customers.

Overall our experience great! It started with Evan on Friday night. He was headed out to go home, as it was about 7:00 or so. He stopped when he saw us and asked if he could help It started with Evan on Friday night. He was headed out to go home, as it was about 7:00 or so. He stopped when he saw us and asked if he could help us. We were looking for my son’s first car and stopped in last minute to see if we would have better luck than he had at a previous lot. Evan was so friendly and genuine, and even though he had a prior commitment that he did not mention to us, he stayed and answered our questions about multiple cars. He even helped look through inventory for specific manufacturers Finally, he turned us over to Andres, who helped us the next day finishing up the sale. The staff around us were also very attentive and friendly. One member offering us waters and another offering Dunkin Donuts. Neither of them were directly involved with our purchase. It really was the best experience I’ve had in my long history of car purchases The only negative moment I had was with the initial introduction with the finance member, who when introduced to me, said “wow, you must be a good mechanic”. I instantly questioned my decision and insisted he explain the comment. He never gave me a satisfying answer and only said he meant nothing by it and that he said it to everyone. In my mind he either wasn’t being honest or that was the most random thing I’ve ever heard when introduced to someone. Because we were purchasing a used car, I could only conclude he was referring to my car selection. Once in his office, I brought it up again, told him it made me feel really uncomfortable and asked if I should’t purchase the car. He apologized and said he honestly meant nothing by it. He was polite and efficient throughout the rest of the process. I am still left with an uneasy feeling about the purchase and time will tell if he was hinting to trouble ahead. All that said, I would recommend Beaver Toyota, but will most likely share my full experience with others. More
