Every single employee we encountered was helpful, informative, respectful, and direct. We found no hidden costs, no deceptive business practices (trust me - we were looking), and no attempt to pressure us into financing for increased profit. On one of their business cards it says “We’re here to WOW ya!” And, for the FIRST time ever buying a new vehicle, we were wowed! High praise to Beaver Toyota for working at bringing the word “integrity” back into the car industry! Oh yes, we LOVE our new 2024 Toyota Highlander XLE, wind chill pearl; a beautiful vehicle, and a pleasure to drive. More
If you want to go to a dealership that does not value your time, Beaver Toyota of Cumming, GA is the place! I specifically asked to be called if a part for a recall would not be in stock when I came in f your time, Beaver Toyota of Cumming, GA is the place! I specifically asked to be called if a part for a recall would not be in stock when I came in for an appointment (so I would not have to waste my time) and guess what, when I took a half day off of work to come in for an important recall, the part was not in stock! Beaver Toyota seems to not care about providing a quick phone to update customers, now I’ll never get back my time in addition to the valuable time off work that I now can not get back. You dropped the ball big time Beaver Toyota! More

We bought a 2019 certified Blue Rav4 on Dec 7 from Beaver Toyota. A few days later, I took the car to service and ask to have brakes checked because they squeal. The service advisor said that was normal for Toyota. A few days later, I took the car to service and ask to have brakes checked because they squeal. The service advisor said that was normal for a Rav4. Got home, hubby said that isn’t normal, take it back to have them check the brakes. AGAIN, they said to me, this is normal. So for months, my 2019 Rav4 sounded like a cat in heat, at midnight. So my husband SICK OF THE SQUEALING, videos tapes me leaving one morning and next day, he takes car, showed them the video and wala, they checked the brakes, & we suddenly need a $1000 brake job. HAD THE MECHANIC listened to me, a “woman” requesting the car needed to have brakes checked and had they actually checked them, instead of telling me, the squeal in morning, was normal for newer Rav4’s, the repair would have been covered under the 30 day warranty, So much for the woman owned business, taking care of a woman! NOT! 🤨🙄 Sad, because I'm somebody’s daughter, sister, wife, mother and a grandmother.
