Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service I had scheduled a service appointment for my car on May 22 at 9:15 AM. However, when I tried to reschedule, I was told that no appointment was on recor had scheduled a service appointment for my car on May 22 at 9:15 AM. However, when I tried to reschedule, I was told that no appointment was on record. They eventually gave me a new slot for May 23 at 10:15 AM. I dropped my car off as scheduled and was told it would be ready by 1:30 PM. After waiting until 3:30 PM with no updates, I called the service center, only to be told that the car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I asked for a loaner vehicle and had to wait nearly two hours—finally receiving one around 5:30 PM. To my surprise, I received a call at 6:50 PM saying my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, not only had the promised complimentary cleaning not been done, but I was also left uncertain if the safety recall issue (related to airbags) had actually been addressed. I now feel the need to visit another authorized Toyota service center to verify whether any inspection or repair was done at all. This experience was frustrating, disorganized, and completely lacking in customer courtesy. I will not return, and I advise others to proceed with caution. The service was unreliable, communication was poor, and customer care was non-existent. More

Over selling and under caring. Always want to sell me wiper blades and air filter installed. I know that is the latest con by most dealers and car shops so no thanks. Then I get notifications that it’s time for my free services but when I get there find it was only for a tire rotation and oil changes on the program are only every 10k miles. What a joke. Will never buy a program like that again. I should have known bettthe way the sales people pressure you into buying it. More
