This is a beautiful facility, with welcoming staff, smooth and easy interactions. I requested a woman sales associate and got Hilda, who was very kind and professional. I was a bit disappointed tha smooth and easy interactions. I requested a woman sales associate and got Hilda, who was very kind and professional. I was a bit disappointed that I ended up having to do negotiations and "the deal" with a man ( my issue, not his. He was fine.) but I later ascertained that HIlda was still training and so she was sort of shadowing him. For my own personal reasons, I preferred to work with a woman, so I wish that I could have done that from start to finish. HIlda's name isn't on the list yet for this review, but I give her five stars. Kagan was fine, but not what I requested. More

My experience was great overall. I was warmly welcomed at the door and Zack Armani made things happen to put together a deal that really saved my relationship with Beaver Toyota. I was headed out of the door, not mad, but rather disappointed in how I was made to feel by the other sales person who I didn’t get his card, but I assumed he was a supervisor or manager. So I probably would not return (ever). Zack found out what had happened and called back and we got things straightened out. I am very happy with my vehicle and the deal that we put together. I would highly recommend dealing with Zack and Beaver again. Also, a nice shout out to Ricky in finance. Very knowledgeable, cordial and efficient. More
