Exceeded my Expectations! Wow! I did not go to Beaver Toyota to shop for a car. i knew I wanted a Toyota for my granddaughter’s first car because of Toyota’s reputation for Wow! I had researched the used car inventory and had decided on a Prius. I went to Beaver Toyota because of their reputation. I read about what they had done in Jacksonville. Purchasing a nearly bankrupt dealership and making it successful is great. Doing so by earning people’s trust and being honest is even better. Giving back to the community, well that’s what I am talking about! I believe in supporting local businesses, especially businesses that give back to the community. Beaver Toyota has been in Cumming for a short time, but they have already given back to Forsyth County through their generous donations to our schools. I was already sold on Toyota. I had already decided on a model. It was the reputation and the customer service, and support for our community that won my business. WOW! More

We visited the dealership the next day to finalize the purchase! By the way, their in-person price was not one penny more than their on-line price, which is astonishing in itself! While at the dealership, Sheryl gave us a tour which included meeting everyone from her sales team, service center team, financial leader, to the VP/Managing Partner. She really listened to my requests and respected my communication preferences. I never felt pressured or that pervasive feeling that she just wanted to sell me a car, without regard to whether I was really happy about it or just trying to get out of there in one piece. We drove over an hour to the dealership because we knew this was the right place and Sheryl the right person to help us. Then as the icing on the cupcake we meet Mr. Stuart in financing. Truly an amazing guy. A big, kind and gentle teddy bear of a man. He made the most unpleasant part of buying a car (money) almost effortless. He was organized and knew his business.
